I want to cancel my order. How?

Please email us with your order number at help@cardnest.com to cancel your order. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

How much is postage?

UK delivery is FREE.


Card Nest Subscription

What is a Card Nest subscription?

Put simply, it's a monthly subscription to greetings cards. Every month we unveil a brand new collection of three card designs. You can simply sit back and receive these as a surprise, or login each month to choose which cards you'd like - from our growing catalogue of hundreds of designs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in membership plans. If you add extra cards from the shop to your Nest, you also won’t be charged additional delivery, as they will come in the same package.

Can I pause or stop my subscription?

On our monthly plan you can pause or stop your subscription at any time. It's also easy to cancel your subscription within your account settings.

When do you dispatch the cards?

We post on the 1st of the month, however where the 1st falls on a weekend or UK bank holiday, deliveries will be made on the first working day following this date.

How do I choose the cards for my next delivery?

Each month you’ll receive an email inviting you to customise your Nest (the cards you wish to receive). You’ll have access to 3 brand new designs, in addition to any single card in our online shop to fill your Nest. You’ll have until 26th of each month to choose your cards. After this date, you’ll receive the cards that have been chosen in your Nest, or if you decide not to choose, you’ll receive an assortment of cards from that month’s collection.

Can I see your current collection?

Absolutely! You can view our current collection here.

How long will it take for my cards to arrive?

Here are our estimated posting times after dispatch:
UK: 3-5 working days

My cards haven’t arrived. What should I do?

Once cards have been dispatched, take a look at our shipping estimates above. Please note that these shipping times are only estimates and may sometimes take longer to arrive. If the estimated time has passed, then please get in touch with us at help@cardnest.com.

I’ve cancelled my subscription, but want to reactivate it. How?

You can do this easily by logging into your account, clicking ‘My Subscription’ and reactivating your membership there.

Can I track the shipping of my cards?

We’re afraid not. Due to the sheer volume of what we send out, we’re unable to provide tracking on each shipment.

Do I need to be in to sign for my cards?

No, they’re packaged to fit through most standard size letterboxes so there’s no need to wait in.

How do you protect my cards in transit?

There’s nothing worse than a creased card. We carefully wrap your three cards each month in a protective envelope to minimise the danger of creasing. If you experience something different then you can let us know by emailing us and we’ll look at your individual case carefully to see what has happened. We will of course replace any damaged cards.

If I move house, can I update my address details easily?

Absolutely, simply edit your address in your account. Please ensure that this is done in time to take effect before you move as we are unable to refund, credit or repost deliveries that have been posted to the wrong location.

Can I buy a Card Nest subscription as a gift?

Not currently, but we will be launching gift subscriptions soon, so watch this space!

Sending cards during Coronavirus

Right now, receiving a thoughtfully chosen card is more valued than ever. Our online shop and monthly subscription service are both open and we’ve introduced a new subscription package, to include stamps — so, whether you are shielding or social distancing, you don’t need to go to the shop or post office. You’ll only need to make a trip to the postbox — or, ask a lovely neighbour if they'd do that for you.
